We want our customers to enjoy their purchases with us and by ensuring customer satisfaction, they will look to eat with us at other venues. Show organizers will testify, they can provide the very best of entertainment, but if poor W.C’s and catering facilities are attending, this is what the public will remember! Without the publics attendance, these events are worthless, so we are all at risk.
