Hand made and deep frozen
Our pastys are hand made from fresh and local ingredients, unlike other pasty companies, we don't use mince meat or any other processed ingredients, all our beef products are made with West Country prime beef, and our pastry is a puff not short crust, which is hand crimped to ensure a light yet firm bite.
Baked fresh from frozen every day
Every pasty we sell is transported and stored at -18 degrees, they are baked fresh from frozen every day to guarantee the perfect formula for the full infusion of flavour, and then rested for ten minutes to ensure they are comfortable to eat.
