Our Units & Shops
Our units operate at a large variety of events and shows throughout the year, including The London Boat Show, The Goodwood Festival of Speed and Revival of Speed, Cowes Royal Regatta, Farnborough International Airshow, and Glorious Goodwood.
Mobile
Each of our mobile units have been purpose built to three individual designs. Our smallest unit, designed for small to medium sized events, is themed as a 1950s Tram, ideal for for period events such as vehicle and steam rallies. The unit is equipped with one bakery oven and hot holding cabinet. Our medium sized unit, designed for medium to large sized events, operates with two bakery ovens and one large holding rack, with full facilities for hot and cold drinks. Our largest unit operates as a self contained bakery, independant of any backup vehicles, ideal for post-setup operation where support vehicle access is restricted. The unit is equipped with three high output bakery ovens, a purpose built walk-in freezer room and full facilities for hot and cold drinks. Currently operating for major organisations who require a top quality product backed by a high speed service to alleviate queue times and customer frustrations.
Carousel
The carousel concept was designed and built to operate where space and location is at a premium. Consisting of a front counter, two full sized hot holding cabinets, and two chiller cabinets. Since its conception the units have been booked by Payne & Gunter for the Goodwood Revival of Speed, and by Leatherby & Christopher for The Grand National and Cowes Royal Yacht Regatta.
